Account creation

Creating an account and generating API keys is a mandatory step for users who prefer to work with private, isolated datasets. Without this step, you will have access to public clusters that are available to all users. If you require privacy and isolation for your data, follow these steps to set up your account:

🛠 Create an account and generate API keys (Optional)

1. Visit the Bagel DB Console.

2. Complete the sign-up process.

3. Navigate to the API Keys page via the side tab on the Dashboard.

4. Securely copy your API key.

Note: If you choose not to create an account, you can still use BagelDB's public clusters. However, if you require dedicated storage and enhanced privacy for your datasets, obtaining an API key and specifying a unique user_id is recommended.
